Green River Log Cabin (GRLC) was established in 1996 and has manufactured thousands of Park Model  log cabins.  GRLC is a small manufacturer that prides itself in hearing the "voice of the customer." In 2022, we introduced a rigid alternative to log cabins and introduced our Cottage series. As a result of customer input last summer, we redesigned our Park models and within 60 days, we introduced a new Resort Series at a major trade show with REDUCED pricing. Few companies can or will respond to customer preferences this quickly. We assiduously consider customer recommendations for new materials, options, and floor plans to better meet their needs. Our competitive advantages are quality and the ability to build cabins to fit a customer's preferences without reducing through-put. Our Park models are predominantly shipped to the southeastern region of the United States; however, we have served customers as far as CA, ME, FL & TX.  Our company is located at 770 West Frontage Road, Campobello, SC. The owners and management team focus on making GRLC a preferred place to work and the local employer of choice. Compensation:·      Salary of $72-84k per year·      Profit sharing as bonus which amounts to $17-20k+ per year.·      GRLC is open to discussions of how compensation is structured Sales Manager Role and Responsibilities Green River Log Cabins is seeking an experienced Sales Manager who has demonstrable success with larger campgrounds and retail customers.  The Sales Manager is involved in all functions that affect sales: marketing, customer quoting and closing, initiating invoices, coordinating shipping with customer and shipping department, and importantly, being the "voice of the customer" within GRLC. Skills:1.     Ability to "own" the Sales responsibilities and close sales 2.     Competence using computer-based software (predominantly Microsoft Office Suite) and internal quoting software.3.     Capable and persuasive communicator4.     Team oriented, collaborative behavior Core responsibilities:1.     Work with President to create 100+ sales to Campgrounds2.     Quote to sell 60 retail PMRV units annually3.     Administer established sales processes4.     Collect payment per manufacturing timelines5.     Champion viable process changes to better meet the needs of the customer6.     Collect, analyze and report analytics supportive of sales
