Additionally, the principal was the visionary behind a build to suit for an elite global technology company valued at more than $170MM. AuM today is approximately 750M. Through careful and organic growth, they've positioned themselves for their next phase of expansion.The Asset Management Associate is a critical position within our client's organization. You'll work directly with an experienced director who will mentor, train, and empower you to grow your career. We're looking for a great culture fit first and foremost and someone with student housing andor market rate multifamily experience.
