This opportunity is suited to an individual who is detail oriented, possesses an analytical, growth mindset, and is a strong communicator. Description of Responsibilities:Acquisitions & Capital MarketsSupport in the evaluation of investment opportunities.Source, underwrite and provide initial bid recommendations.Support the creation of the business plan, model, and investment memorandum materials.Support market research efforts, comps, and tax underwriting.Manage diligence coordination and closing schedule in support of deal execution.Support financial due diligence (financials, operating budget, lease audit, debtequity diligence).Support financing process, lender book review, and lender diligence.Manage delivery and review of third-party reports within closing schedule.Manage closing prorations, settlement statement, and third-party coordination.Asset ManagementSupport deal team in oversight of the business plan execution through the life of the investment.Assist internal performance tracking and cash flow projections.Assist with preparation of monthly investor lender updates and quarterly investor letters.Support refinance and or sale efforts.Background:1 - 3 years of real estate investment banking and or private equity experience.Graduate of a top undergraduate university.Advanced modeling skill set.Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with excellent time-management and organizational skills.Strong leadership and communication skillset.
