We're seeking talented individuals to join us in our mission of creating "Happy Customers" in the form of an enthusiastic and motivated sales advisor.As a Sales Advisor, you'll be assisting customers in our showroom and in their homes measuring and providing Shop At Home appointments. We're looking for individuals who enjoy building relationships with customers, can process a lot of information, and are great at using technology to their advantage. ï»¿Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting customers in the showroom (product information, sample checkout, etc.)Entering all customer leads in our CRM and tracking the sale from start to finishCultivating strong relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout their interactions with Sherlock's.Follow up with customers regarding samples, quotes, and website inquiries.Setting appointments to go out and measure customer's homes and complete shop-at-home sales appointments using RFMS Measure MobileWorking to acquire new accountscustomers (residential and commercial)General customer service support (answering phones, greeting customers, processing payments, etc.) within showroom settingQualifications:Valid Driver's LicenseKnowledge of flooring is not a requirement, training will be providedExperience in a related role is preferred but not requiredEfficient with technology (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, etc.)Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:$40,000 starting salary plus commission on profit of salesAdditional Bonuses and Incentive ProgramsPaid holidays off (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day)Vacation is earned after one year of employment, PTO is earned after 6 monthsHealth benefits are earned after 90 days of employment30 scheduled hours per week in showroom, 1 evening shift per week (until 8PM), and 1 weekend day per weekIf you're ready to start a fulfilling career journey with Sherlock's Carpet & Tile and contribute to our legacy of excellence in the flooring industry, we invite you to apply today.
