Job Description:

Responsibilities:Financial Advisor Services Serve as primary advisor and contact for new and assigned individuals, families, and organizations. Provide customized detailed cash flow-based investment plans to meet specific near-term and long-term personal financial and investment planning goals. Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of clients' changing needs and circumstances.Serve as secondary advisor and contact for new and assigned client relationships, assisting primary adviser build investment management and financial plans including ongoing review and oversight.Assist with firm's efforts to improve financial planning, investment advising and client service processes.Work with other advisors on assigned projects related to client service, financial planning engagements and investment management strategies.Qualifications:Minimum:Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢ designation completed or in progress3+ years of experience performing financial planning and investment planning services for clientsDesire to assist the firm grow and prosperCommitment to regulatory compliance with no negative historyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPleasant, upbeat interpersonal skills with clients and peersWorks well independently and in a team environment with other experienced professionalsStrong technical and analytical skills related to investment advising and financial planningProficient with Microsoft Office and other financial planning related software applications Salary & Benefits:Base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Bonus opportunity is available401(k) PlanGroup Medical InsurancePrivate office space with flexible scheduling  Nicollet Investment Management, Inc.
