This position is an opportunity for you to be an integral part of our North Star goal of impacting over 17.5 million people, creating a ripple effect of positivity that can truly make our world a better place.About The Role: As a Digital Marketing Lead at Guideposts, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product launches and seasonal sale campaigns across various online platforms. Reporting to the Digital Strategy Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and ultimately, boost sales and customer LTV. If you enjoy diving into data and finding new opportunities to improve digital sales performance, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact at our organization.Responsibilities:Utilize data-driven insights to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote product launches, seasonal sales, and initiatives supporting the Guideposts brand of products. Sales channels include our DTC e-commerce website, Amazon, and expansion with online retailers.Conduct a thorough analysis of customer behavior and campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.Oversee the creation and deployment of engaging digital content including ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.Work with channel managers and external partners to plan and optimize the cross-channel success of campaigns - email and SMS, website, paid media, Amazon, and social media.Ensure alignment of digital marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.Brief creative teams and copywriters, and leverage content generation AI tools such as Jasper and ChatGPT to support marketing copy needs. Ensure copy and digital assets are on brand and support digital campaign goals.Manage relationships with external partners including digital agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.Identify and build out requirements for reporting needs to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness. Assess results against goals and strategize opportunities for continued improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including contentproduct development and operations to ensure product launch success and identify new product opportunities for growth.Collaborate with Lifecycle and Growth Managers for Guideposts' digital apps to identify cross-product promotion opportunities between physical and digital products.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Proven track record of successfully managing data-driven digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email marketing, SMS, social media, and affiliate marketing.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker.Experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Amazon Seller Central to track and analyze campaign performance.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for driving results through innovative digital marketing strategies.We are looking for a curious and innovative thinker who is not afraid to question, test, improve, and repeat.Work Location:• Hybrid, office location is Danbury, CT• Compensation Range: Compensation for this position is based on experience and includes a base salary range of $80,000 - $ 95,000.
