Robert Half is partnering with an international company seeking a corporate paralegal with 5+ years' experience to join company in Ft. Myers area. Base salary up to $90,000 plus growth opportunity, full benefits, generous time off, and 3% contribution to 401k. This paralegal will report to the Corporate Counsel and will be responsible for:Review and draft various contracts, including Vendor Contracts.Assist in complex transactions like M&A and SEC Securities.Collaborate with legal and business teams, conducting research and analysis.Ensure legal compliance and manage contract documentation.Requirements: Paralegal certification or Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies.5+ years' experience as a corporate paralegal or contracts manager.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload independently.Apply in confidence to .
