Apply today to our Division Financial Analyst and be a part of the innovation of ideas.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Division Financial Analyst's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting in the North Texas accounting month end close process (includes journal entry preparation and posting, income statement balance sheet reviews, monthly operating report preparation, etc.).Assisting in managing the Medicaid supplemental payment programs for North Texas and Louisiana including quality programs, accounting, routine and ad hoc reporting, and annual budgeting.Preparing routine and ad hoc financial analysis including analysis of costs, volume, or other key indicators.Managing assigned projects and maintaining a high level of performance analysis (from all aspects of data gathering, organizing, and presenting to management).Interfacing with various Division leadership regarding financial reporting and data needs and issues.Identifying opportunities for streamlining, capturing, and automating data gathering and reporting processes.Preparing monthlyquarterlyannual reports and monitoring of trends for Medicaid supplemental payment programs.Assisting with annual budget for the North Texas Division and Medicaid supplemental payments programs.Working with the Division Finance Leadership team to perform ongoing reviews to ensure achievement of key performance measures.Responsible for having a detailed knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and systems, corporate policies and procedures, controls, and other finance program activitiesPerforming other related job duties as required.Practicing and adhering to the facility's code of conduct, standards of behaviors, and mission and values.What qualifications you will need:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2-4 + years in a healthcare hospital settingMaster's degree preferred
