This role will operate on a hybrid schedule (three days onsite).Job Overview:Leading corporate tax reporting and filing proceduresDirecting the preparation of federal income and state tax returns (including K-1s)Managing calculations for LLCs and S CorpsResponsible for State and Local excise, franchise and business tax returnsOverseeing the R&D tax credit identification and coordinationSubmitting annual tax residency certificatesConducting regular research activities to keep up to date on evolving laws and regulationsSupervising personnel and providing mentorshipQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or TaxationCPA preferred6+ years of experienceStrong knowledge and foundation in tax laws and regulationsException attention to detailExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong analytical mindset
