If you're looking for a company that embodies these principles, then apply now!As an Account Executive at Urban Science, you'll have the ultimate responsibility for managing Network Performance and Sales Performance solutions, contracts, and employees supporting our Automotive OEM clients. Your role is pivotal in driving profitable business growth by fostering strong client relationships and promoting additional Urban Science solutions. You will also oversee the team's revenue and profitability, aligning with the overall office goals.This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility local to our Plano, TX office. Candidate must be available and willing to work in person in our local office and the client's office in the Dallas area at least two days per week. Automotive or Powersports industry client facing experience required (preferably at or heavily interacting at the OEM level). If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role with a global leader in the automotive industry, apply now and join the Urban Science team!ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Building: Develop new client relationships, leading to the delivery of Urban Science solutions that drive growth and diversification.Collaboration: Foster effective internal relationships, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and offices.Client Partnership: Establish long-term business relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating contracts.Client Engagement: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to set strategic plans and business goals for designated clients.Product Enhancement: Assess competitive conditions and recommend improvements to maintain product excellence.Project Oversight: Assume responsibility for project outcomes, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and of high quality.Financial Management: Oversee team budget, income statements, and profitability targets, aligning with office objectives.Sales Strategy: Develop a strategic account sales plan to anticipate staffing and infrastructure needs.Presentation: Expertly lead presentations to internal and external clients, introducing new productsnovation: Proactively analyze client feedback and capitalize on opportunities for additional business.Continuous Learning: Maintain a deep understanding of Urban Science solutions, applying knowledge to meet client needs.Team Leadership: Set team-oriented goals and actively support change initiatives within the team.Management Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop selected staff, ensuring their growth and success within the organization.QualificationsAutomotive or Powersports Industry client facing experience required (Automotive industry OEM related client facing experience strongly preferred) Demonstrated experience in effectively and accurately communicating or translating client requirementsbusiness needs to technical staff including analytical data-driven or technical-related munication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations and make data-driven decisions.Results Oriented: Commitment to achieving optimal results and meeting performance standards.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to team itiative: Drive to go above and beyond to improve job results.Ethics & Integrity: Behavior characterized by trustworthiness and transparency.Bachelor's Degree: Technical degrees preferred; Master's or advanced degrees a plus.Experience: Minimum of 10 years related work experience required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and negotiation.BudgetFinance: Ability to manage budgets and develop pricing schedules.Sales & Business Development: Experience in sales processes preferred.Certifications: Certification at Consultant Level in two internal Practice areas required.People First Leadership Training: Completion required.EDUCATION andor EXPERIENCE: A university degree is required; technical degrees are strongly preferred (i.e., engineering, applied math, statistics, applied science, information systems, operations research, etc.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent foreign institution.
