Multiple A&P Mechanic positions in Tampa, FL and Tempe, AZ are available courtesy of Akkodis.Type: 1+ year with potential for conversion to SalariedFull TimeDirect HireRate Range: $27.50 to $34.00 per hour.Job Summary: Hiring A & P Mechanics with experience in aircraft maintenance and the ability to work with mechanical engineering drawings for client support.Job Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on Customer aircraft.Document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.Job Requirements:Must possess an A & P CertificateOne or more years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience.The ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.The ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual andor aircraft status.Willingness to undergo an FAA background check and drug test.Preferred Skills:Experience in troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and performing maintenance on Customer aircraft.Familiarity with documenting all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.Experience on wide-body aircraft.
