Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:Manage and oversee various environmental projects, including but not limited to remedial actions, field sampling, groundwater investigations, and munitions response projectsPrepare comprehensive technical reports and project proposals, demonstrating proficiency in project management methodologiesDevelop and implement remedial and removal strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectationsSupervise personnel and provide mentorship to staff, fostering their professional development in technical areasCultivate expertise in designated technical domains, establishing internal recognition as a valuable technical resourceDemonstrate proficiency in project management fundamentals, including scheduling, cost controls, and client communicationMaintain regular communication with clients and regulatory agencies, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout projectsReport project status and progress to program managers, facilitating effective decision-making and resource allocationRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in environmental and engineering consulting, with a focus on remedial actions and munitions response projectsProficiency in MS Office Suite ProductsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, field operations, technical staff, and subcontractorsProficient in writing project work plans, health and safety plans, and other necessary documentation40-hour OSHA certification and current 8-Hour HAZWOPER RefresherBachelor's degree from a 4-year college or universityWillingness to travel up to 25 to 50 percent of the time to project sites, as requiredPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related fieldAdditional professional certifications such as M.S., P.E., P.G., or equivalentDemonstrated experience in managing and executing environmental remediation construction projectsPrevious involvement in preparing or contributing to project proposals, showcasing strong business development skillsBenefitsKey Benefits:Competitive compensationComprehensive health and wellness benefitsDiscounted fitness membershipOn-the-job trainingEducational assistanceOpportunities for career advancement
