General Liability Dram shop Claim Representative Nassau County, New York office location - 100% RemoteProperty and Casualty Insurance Industry100% Remote but needs NY or NJ to be resident!Our client, a specialty TPA for food franchises, bars, restaurants and entertainment is looking for a General Liability Claim Representative with premises liability, slip and falls, assault and battery, liquor liability (dramshop) and BI experience.3-7+ years experience with a TPA. Commercial General liability background. New York Adjuster license needed. Multi-state licenses huge plus. Handle mostly non-litigated claims, including settling reserves, potentially attend virtual mediations. Recognize coverage issues and complete Reservation of Rights Disclaimer letters. Manageable pendings, low stress level position. Excellent management support and guidance.
