We recognize the value of our employees and that they are our greatest resources. Here at Maui Divers Jewelry, you're not only an employee you are a part of our "˜ohana. This position will be responsible for various maintenance and repair projects at our corporate building and all the retail stores.   RESPONSIBILITES: Light patchwork and paintingAssist in emergency situations, specifically calls after hoursSet up showcases at storesGeneral buildingstore repairsLifting, stocking of supplies, cleanup, and moving materials and toolsClean, repair and trouble shoot to fix machines in FactoryLandscape maintenanceJanitorial services as neededOperate machinerySpecial renovation projects KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to lift 50-100 poundsClean driving recordStand for long periodsBend, squat, twist to small and awkward areasWork in different environment indooroutdoor and various temperatures EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:·        Electrical, plumbing, carpentry experience preferred·        1 year related experience involving building trades or operation and service to buildings and facilities or equivalent.·        Must have a valid Driver's License'·        Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in oral, written or diagram form   ·        Ability to work in environment with moderate noise level·        Must be able to follow safety rules and procedures and perform work in a safe manner   ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Special projects will be assigned as needed.
