Our customer service department is responsible for the customer experience from pre to post purchase. The Customer Care department is key to the customer having a successful experience with our company. The Customer Care Representative must be willing to be trained on the products used in our industry and company process. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and have an energetic and enthusiastic attitude. The primary purpose of this job is to provide excellent customer support, trouble shoot products and assit in the sales of products. In the Customer Relations & Sales Representative role, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emails, and texts, assisting customers with their inquiries, processing phone sales by entering orders and providing excellent customer service. Candidate should have combination of curiosity, attention to detail, active listening, analytical thinking, communication skills, and technical proficiency. This position is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in working in the e-commerce and water garden industry.Responsibilities:Answering incoming phone calls, emails and text and responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a professional manner.Assist customers in product choices.Enter Process Customer orders and payments into system.Enter Process Purchase orders into system.Managing and updating customer and vendors information in our database.Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.Staying up to date on company products, promotions, technical knowledge, and policies.Follow up with pending customer issues, vendor issues, pending requests.Enter consumer contact and vendors contact and summarize details into database.Continuously improve knowledge base of company processes and products.Adhering to company guidelines and proceduresAssist with day-to-day business functions.EDUCATION EXPERIENCE SKILLS:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); prior experience related to customer service is recommended.
