J&P Electrical Company is hiring a part-time janitormaintenance technician to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and replace paint booth filters. We are an industrial electrical salvage and restoration company focusing on reconditioning new and used industrial electrical equipment.The ideal candidate will be prompt, dependable, and have their own transportation. This position is part-time, 25-35 hours per week, 4 days a week, hours subject to change.The pay is $18hour. All interested applicants must:· Present a valid driver's license· Own a reliable vehicle· Have a cell phone· Go through a background checkSome of the daily tasks associated with the position of Janitor include:·             Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls·             Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones·             Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed·             Empty trash and recycling bins·             Stock and maintain supply rooms·             Clean and maintain restrooms·             Groundskeeping (cutting grass, landscaping, snow-blowing, salting, etc.)·             Notify supervisors of unsafe conditionsOur new employee must have groundskeeping experience, which includes cutting grass, landscaping, snow-blowing, and salting, etc.Note: A complete and detailed resume submission is required to apply for this position.
