Must have experience overseeing mid to high-volume social media accounts.Responsible for all customer service on our social media channels, representing the brand and speaking on the brand's behalf, and providing the highest level of customer service. We are looking for someone organized that follows through on all open tasksCreates weekly social media content ideas for Instagram stories and is regularly brainstorming new content ideasUse publishing platforms like Sprout to schedule and oversee posting contentOversee TikTok and brainstorm new content ideas, stay on current trends, film new content regularlyWork closely with the Social Media Director on Influencer Marketing for all Grand Openings nationwideAssist Social Media Director on all photo and video shootsWorks closely with the Social Media Director to support her in all things related to social- We are looking for the perfect right-hand support person to fill this role!
