Job Description:

The Associate Manager, Email & SMS Marketing is an essential part of the Digital team. This role works cross functionally to craft and deploy relevant email and SMS campaigns to the US and Canadian databases. This role will work closely with HQ counterparts and local cross-functional teams promote key brand priorities and initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Ecommerce Manager. Email & SMS communications include mass messaging and trigger campaigns, utilizing multiple platforms to improve KPIs and build customer loyalty. This person will support local and global business initiatives, maintain database hygiene, and develop list growth strategies. They will also be tasked with developing testing plans along with personalization and segmentation strategies.
