What does an Account Manager do?Account Managers at Equilar ensure the highest level of client service and provide unmatched product and industry knowledge to the C-Suite and executive HR and Legal leadership within Equilar's subscriber base. This position enhances customer satisfaction levels and retention by helping leading US corporations with their critical executive compensation and corporate governance needs. Equilar is a data and research firm that assists HR and Legal leadership with executive compensation, corporate governance, investor relations and board recruiting efforts through our best-in-class SaaS platform.How do we do it?Providing superior client service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.Actively manage client usage, proactively resolve client issues, and help high-level executives at top US companies gain maximum value from their subscriptions.Training and ongoing support on Equilar's research, products, and services to ensure clients have the information necessary to continue their subscription.Manage annual renewal cycles for a 7-figure book of business of 75-100 accounts.UpsellCross-Sell. Equilar's account managers identify, cultivate, and close additional revenue opportunities to fuel Equilar's continued growth and reinforce Equilar's standing as a mission-critical partner to our clients.Who is a good fit?Successful account managers at Equilar have come from many industries and backgrounds.
