The Hotel Logistics Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Scheduling Department to ensure crewmembers are provided appropriate lodging and ground transportation as needed during their duty times.ResponsibilitiesConfirm hotel accommodations as designated by the Standard Operating ProceduresArrange ground transportation if necessaryAnswer crewmember questions and requests via e-mailphoneComplete invoice approval and codingUpdate daily spreadsheets and reporting documents as neededComplete miscellaneous projects assigned by supervisorResponsible for completing necessary research and providing solutions to crewmembers that communicate andor inquire about Logistics related issuesOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by managerQualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years experience in the hoteltravel industry; previous customer service experience; equivalent combination of education andor experienceREQUIRED SKILLSCandidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the businessMust be detail oriented and able to work productively independently or within a teamExcellent oralwritten communication and problem resolution skills are requiredSuccessful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking in a fast paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft software applications and the aptitude to learn company specific softwareMust have excellent analytical skillsHave a high level of professionalism and the ability to interact with all levels of leadershipFlexjet is a 365247 operation and candidate must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the needs of the business requiredFlexjet is an equal-opportunity employer.
