TriStarr's client, a Lancaster County-based organization, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Credit Underwriter to join their exceptional team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of local businesses.Job Purpose: As a Commercial Credit Underwriter, you'll be at the heart of their mission to empower local businesses, fostering long-term growth and sustainability. Your role involves meticulous underwriting of loan requests, detailed credit analysis, and collaboration with internal teams, partner organizations, and customers to bring financing projects to fruition.Duties and Responsibilities: Accurate underwriting of loan requests within established prehensive analysis of creditworthiness, risk assessment, and financial statement evaluation.Ensure compliance with program guidelines and eligibility requirements.Attend project meetings, present credit memos for board approval, and maintain program knowledge.Collaborate with the project management team, track project activity, and update the team on recent findings.Manage loan file preparation, review for completeness, and coordinate with partners for additional information.Submit appraisals and environmental requirements for loan submissions.Prepare loan files for final submission to relevant authorities.Enter project approval information into the loan management plete final reviews of project costs and other assigned duties.Skills and Qualifications:2 to 5 years of formal commercial credit experience.Located in or near the Lancaster County, PA area to work onsite.Knowledge of economic development funding tools (preferred).Effective written and verbal communication.Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.Proficiency in documenting information using various software platforms.Exceptional time and project management with attention to detail.Motivated to learn, grow, and adapt to multiple projects and deadlines.Security Clearance Requirements: Completion of U.S. Small Business Administration Statement of Personal History (Form 1081) and pensation: Competitive salary ($50,000-$70,000 annually) based on skills and experience, plus a generous benefits package.Work Environment: Office-based environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.Physical Demands: Sedentary work in an office environment with the ability to travel throughout Lancaster County andor the regional area.
