Additionally, the client will consider a new grad who does not have sales experience but exemplifies behaviors that demonstrate heshe has the capabilities to be successful in sales.A huge plus - a licensed insurance produceragent with prior experience in insurance salesMotivated and driven with a desire to be in a sales-related career based on commission and obtaining sales-related goalsEffective communication skills and the ability to connect and build strong relationships with current and future clientsMust have or be able to obtain Insurance Producer's licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & HealthMust successfully complete and maintain all company, state, and federal requirements including licenses to sell and service designated products.Strong listening, oral, and written communication skillsAbility to conduct needs-based marketing interviews with potential and existing clientsAbility to take initiative and act effectively without directionExperienced with popular computer software (Microsoft products especially)Motivated to work in a team environment
