The role will help plan, develop, and implement our client's holistic social media strategies, concepting and creating content and working across various departments to ensure our brands look and tone are consistent across all mediums while supporting and improving the overall digital marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate has a passion for and past experience in social media. We're seeking someone with at least 5 years experience as a strategist within an Agency setting who loves finding new trends, heavy social users in their spare time, and excited about making great content that shifts users behavior.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and create short and long-term social media strategy"”assisting with content development, execution, social experiences (on and offline), measurement and reporting.Engage and build social audiences across multiple channels.Identify and execute on real-time trends and translate to social media opportunities.Seek and develop relationships with key digital influencers, potential brand ambassadors and platform partners to scale the brands identity and following.Monitor and report on social media channels and optimize content strategies.Help manage and oversee junior strategists and community managers. Provide key data points and insights for team members to help guide content creation.QUALIFICATIONS5-8 years minimum experience in an Agency specifically working in social media with a portfolio of experience required.Excellent written, presentation and conceptual skills.A problem-solver, self-started and forward thinker.Experience working within an agency or managing social media or digital initiatives for a brand.Team player who helps contribute wherever needed.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Accomplished digital strategist with proven success and track record from previous digital marketing initiatives.Experience with listening tools and evaluating social analytics.* Required to pass a drug testBENEFITS:Medical, Dental and Vision 401kPaid Time OffRelaxed work environment Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesHybrid work schedule*PPK does not discriminate based on race, sex, color of hair, skin art, cats or dogs, toilet paper over or under, pineapple on pizza, or whether you believe that Die Hard is a Christmas movie or not.
