Our team of 50 serves 400+ clients. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. 5 years of experience preferred. Will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, supportive work environment.  Salary range is $55,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience (includes base pay & bonus pay).Hours, 40 hours per week, 8:00-4:30 CST  *Hours are flexible when attendance for events is needed*Reporting Structure: ·      As a crucial part of our matrix environment, you'll work closely with consultants, CMA ownerspartners, and leaders. Report to CMA's Director of Operations & Client Experience, with dotted line responsibility to one of the Managing Partners, as detailed in our website's "About Us" section.Responsibilities:Craft Engaging Campaigns:Develop and implement compelling marketing and advertising campaigns that resonate with our audience. Ensure that your strategies align with our tagline: "When your employees thrive, your business thrives."System Proficiency:Develop a comprehensive understanding of CMA's systems and software showcased on our website, including the assessment platform, report application, CRM, scheduling software, and website. Ensure seamless integration with marketing activities.Data-Driven Decision-Making:Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, and prepare reports using insights gathered from our website analytics. Present findings to our Marketing Initiative, CMA's owners, leadership team, and the broader organization.Strategic Marketing Initiatives:Implement marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with the overall CMA strategy. Use our website's insights to inform strategies, plans, and objectives that resonate with our audience.Quarterly Focus:Determine focus areas and lead quarterly marketing efforts to highlight key CMA services or products. Leverage our website resources to provide marketing support and tracking for revenue enhancement.Collaboration with Finance:Work closely with the finance team, including one of our managing partners, to track service and product line sales, analyze data, and enter sales, expense, and new business information, as showcased on our financial services page.Reporting Excellence: Prepare comprehensive marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing data. Use insights from our website's success stories to highlight the impact of our campaigns.Promotional Materials Management: Coordinate with graphics partnersvendors, manage inventory, place orders, and verify receipt of promotional materials. Align with our website's design aesthetic for a cohesive brand image.Sales Support: Provide valuable support to our sales staff by offering sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and information on new products. Competitive Research:  Collaborate with the finance team to research competitive products and services. Leverage our website's industry insights to stay informed about market trends.Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate meetings and events, leveraging our website's events section for insights into our past initiatives.Financial Performance Monitoring:  Monitor, track, and analyze financial performance by comparing actual spend with plans and forecasts.
