Billing & Collections AssociateA well-known commercial real estate ownerOperator in Midtown NYC is seeking a Billing & Collections Associate to join their team. This reputable company, known for its stability and profitability, boasts ownership of approximately 20 million sq. ft. of class-A commercial buildings across the country. If you have exposure to Class A commercial office properties using MRI software, this opportunity could be an ideal match. Responsibilities:monthly rent invoices for a multi-state commercial office real estate portfolio.daily bank deposits, scan checks, and meticulously record cash receipts within MRI software.with tenants to streamline the collection process for outstanding rental payments.routine daily and weekly progress reports on rent collections to senior management.with external legal counsel to coordinate legal collection initiatives.supplementary accounting and collection-related duties as required by management.Qualifications: degree.with MRI or Yardi real estate accounting software.working in commercial office real anizational, interpersonal and communication skills.to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.attention to detail and follow up tasks.able to multi-task and be a team player.
