For more information about USRBP, please visit our website: Position Overview USRBP is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our Partner Firm, The Retirement Plan Company (TRPC). This position can be located in Iselin, NJ, Brentwood, TN, or be remotely based. We are looking for the next rockstar Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding sales organization!From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team-wide best practices, you will be an integral member of our sales organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating excitement about The Retirement Plan Company. You will be actively prospecting business owners and advisors to generate interest in 401(k) plans and related services and be contacting participants to provide rollover solutions for their retirement assets. Gain expertise across multiple market verticals including public sector, wholesale, and corporate. Responsibilities Build rapport with prospects and transition "˜cold' inquiries over time into "˜warm' responsive prospects.Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships.Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process. Understands the customer's environment and introduces new concepts to solve the customer's problems.Supports marketing campaigns to help optimize revenue.Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects. Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans. Enter pertinent prospect information into CRM and sales engagement platform. Updates and expands as interactions ternalize best practices and act on coaching advice. Enhances product knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions. Attend field sales meetingstrainings as appropriate.Required ExperienceSkills: BSBA recommended or equivalent work experience.2+ years of retirement plan industry experienceSound knowledge of retirement plans, regulations, trends & best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously.Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company.
