Synergy Associates is seeking a Latin America Senior Account Manager. As a Tier-1 US distributor of HPE and authorized distributor for Dell enterprise products we also serve as an authorized channel source for Latin America, Mexico, and Caribbean. Your focus will be on selling to resellers of both HPE and Dell Enterprise products. We have distribution level contracts with OEM's to sell into the reseller base for the these regions. Earn salary and additional commission as a Latin America Senior Account Manager.Job Description:Develop Latin America sales opportunities for HPE RPB and Dell Enterprise products.Work with HPE and Dell team on developing market.Responsibilities include the qualification of all leads and email campaigns received via the phone, web, corporate events, and vendor fairsCall on existing and new Latin America prospectsSpend a significant time each day prospecting including inboundoutbound calls and emailsUtilize marketing best-practices with provided initiatives and sales enablement materialsLeverage industry knowledge to capitalize on sales and close opportunities for SynergyUnderstand current international competitive market and opportunity for sales growthPrimary Responsibilities:Experience cold and warm calling; prospecting and phone skillsCommunicate with new and existing partner relationships in the LATAM marketManage and nurture leads to increase sales in the regionOutbound prospect qualification and account researchInbound prospect qualification and follow-upSupport all sales to customers and prospectsMaintain clear articulation of business themes and messagingMaintenance of customer database ensuring accuracy and integrityPipeline and inventory list managementAssist in additional sales admin tasks as neededTeam member striving to achieve both team and personal sales goalsAttain customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationsProvide sales and LATAM market update reports to management on a timely basisManage time efficiently, effectively, and profitablyCoordinate dialog with LATAM customers and partners while maintaining constant communication with Synergy departmentsSkills and Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeFluency in both English and Spanish; verbal and writtenExperience selling to LATAM marketsProven track record of driving sales results across international settingB2B sales experienceConcise verbal and written communicationsEffective listening; excellent telephone skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills; articulate and persuasiveOrganized with Microsoft Office competency.
