Responsibilities Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to collaborate closely with senior management, the marketing team, and sales team in devising social media strategies and crafting marketingsales campaigns across various platforms to achieve corporate objectives.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing social media, website, and print content to foster engagement and dialogue between clients, consumers, and the company.Analyzing social media and website data to refine campaign strategies.Assisting in planning, coordinating, and managing client and internal company events on a monthly and quarterly basis.Handling both external and internal marketing communications, including PR events.Generating monthly reports on social media performance for management review.Managing the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and generating engaging content.Providing social media training to sales and operations teams to enhance business engagement and brand awareness.Monitoring campaign effectiveness and refining strategies based on audience insights.Curating content and crafting copy aligned with the brand voice.Planning, scheduling, and executing graphic design projects for marketing collateral and packaging.Maintaining the corporate website, analyzing metrics, and providing campaign reports using Google Analytics and Google AdWords.Producing videos and photographs as needed by sales and senior management.Managing team member events and coordinating promotional items and client gifts.Knowledge and Skills:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field with 3+ years of experience.3+ years' experience in marketing management and graphic design.Proficient knowledge and use of full adobe suiteProficient knowledge and use of LinkedIn and YouTube platformsGood graphic design skillsGood knowledge of graphic design practices and procedures with the ability.Excellent oral communication skills.Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt writing style based on audience.Excellent proofreading and editing skills; able to interpret color specifications.Exceptional multi-tasking skills.Event and Planning.Strong problem-solving skills.Proficient knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising platform is required.Experience with Social Media Monitoring platforms such as Hootsuite as well as SEO.Experience with WordPress and Website analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.Experience managing social media accounts.Photography and Videography skills, including editing .Excellent time management skills and ability to structure your own work.Project management skills.Flexibility to take on new projects as required.Well organized and strong attention to detail.Able to work efficiently in teams and as an individual - able to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate with a team.Benefits:- Career growth opportunities.- Onboarding incentive for applicants with an existing client base.- Comprehensive training and development programs.- Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage.- Paid holidays and vacation time.- 401(k) matching program and profit sharing.- Corporate discounts.Application Process: All applicants must complete the AcuMax survey using the provided link below to be considered for this position.
