Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth communication and processes between various departments and customers.Primary Responsibilities~ Organize and maintain the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Review customer contracts to ensure completeness of information. Resolve contract inaccuracies in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and processes. Support the Sales team by helping answer any questions related to their customer accounts.Qualifications~ 3+ years of experience in an administrative role Strong follow-up & customer service skills CRM software experience, Salesforce is a plus!
