**ONSITE POSITION - CANDIDATES LOCALEASILY COMMUTABLE TO ELMSFORD, NY AREA ONLY PLEASE**The Credit Director position will oversee and manage the Credit and Chargeback teams to include training, monitoring portfolio of accounts, produce and work with aging reports, minimizing bad debt exposure, and identifying process improvement opportunities to improve cash flow and reduce past due receivables. *Candidates must have prior experience with retailbig box store client collections*This position is responsible for the credit processes to include, creditworthiness assessment, and periodic reviews for a portfolio of customers, lead the Credit Chargeback teams collaboration with sales in a flexible, customer centric approach to support company growth objectives and to participate in Sales Meetings and meetings with Executive LeadershipRequired SkillsEducationBachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business management8+ years Credit Management experience preferably within a publicly traded organizationPrior experience with retail client collections2+ years' experience managing teamsStrong experience using SAP, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Strong and effective analytical, communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
