Our team is expanding, and we are seeking four Business Development Associates to join our dynamic team.Role Overview:As a Business Development Associate at Brumley Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and solidifying our presence in key territories including Olympia, Tacoma, Kent, and Seattle. This role is ideal for individuals with outstanding people skills and a genuine interest in personal injury law. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain relationships with potential referral sources, including medical professionals, insurance companies, and other legal professionals, to drive client referrals and growth for the firm.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential referral partners in designated territories.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with referral sources through regular communication and follow-ups.Educate potential referral sources about personal injury law and the services offered by Brumley Law Firm to enhance referral anize and attend networking events, seminars, and other relevant gatherings to represent the firm and establish professional connections.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials tailored to potential referral sources.Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes to the management team.Stay abreast of developments in personal injury law and market trends to effectively communicate with referral sources and clients.Qualifications:Proven track record of successful business development or sales, preferably in the legal, insurance, or medical sectors.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse range of stakeholders.A strong desire to learn about personal injury law and the legal landscape to effectively communicate with potential referral partners.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple territories.Willingness to travel within assigned territories and occasionally to the Kent office for team meetings and training sessions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Working Conditions:This position offers a mostly remote working arrangement, with the expectation of travel within the assigned territories to meet with potential referral sources and attend relevant events.
