Prior Experience Necessary, MUST have MA License and would preferer either having CT license or be willing to get it in the near future. This is a permanent position as a member of our team.Amp Electrical is looking to hire Massachusetts and Connecticut licensed electricians. Applicants who also hold licenses, or are willing to work towards holding licenses, in NH, VT, & ME are preferred. We have a growing, loyal customer base and always have a variety of intriguing projects going on. The scope of our projects includes, but is not limited to, commercialindustrial electrical installations, fire alarm, security, and low voltage systems. Valid MA andor CT Journeyman Electricians license required, with at least 3 - 7 years of prior Commercial Electrician experience. Must have strong work ethic as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, must be self-motivated, respectfully assertive, and have some computer skills. Applicant must be physically able to stand for the entire shift, squat, bend, reach overhead, climb ladders, do some heavy lifting, and work in inclement weather if necessary. Must be willing to work any shift. Start times vary, and you may be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. There is a rotating on call schedule that all Journeymen are part of.
