Job Summary: The Compensation Analyst is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, administering compensation policies and programs. Runs weekly reports and file uploads and provides interpretation. The Compensation Analyst also assists in the design and implementation of compensation structures, policies, and procedures. Job Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation data, including salaries and incentives, to ensure accuracy, internal equity and external competitivenessProvide administration and interpretation of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and merit increase processesAssist with annual compensation review cycleAssist with deferred compensation administration and reportingResearch and analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and compensation surveys to ensure the organization's compensation practices remain competitiveProvide compensation structure maintenance, support, reporting and key metrics - including dailymonthly market value reportingEvaluate and classify positions within the organization based on factors such as job duties, responsibilities, and qualificationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data and records, including salary structures and job descriptionsCollaborate with HR partners and business leaders to communicate compensation policies, programs, and practices to employees effectivelyLeverage vendor relationships as neededEnsure all federal, state and local complianceQualificationsEducationExperienceSkills:3-5 Years experience working with employee compensation and organizational compensation policies and programsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related areaProficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel - advanced Excel skills requiredCCPCBP certification preferredSelf-motivated with keen attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and sense of urgency.Strong analytical skillsOutstanding communication skillsHigh energy individual who is flexible and willing to learnAbility to research, problem-solve, and find plausible solutions
