Divisional Director of Health & Wellness - Registered Nurse (RN)Company Description Do you have HEART? In this role you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight of and accountability for the Community and the Health and Wellness Director (HWD). Including but not limited to training required to maintain state regulatory compliance, Senior Lifestyle specific content, and customer service. Job Description * Manage talent of Health and Wellness Director Employees in partnership with the community Executive Director or designee. * Promote the company's Health and Wellness philosophy in all aspects of hisher role for residents, families, and staff, including daily support of Health and Wellness operations within the community. * Organize and develop onboarding, first thirty days training, and ongoing health and wellness team development. * Lead high quality innovative programs within the Health and Wellness departments of the new development communities as assigned. * Implement and monitor programs and processes to promote excellence in health and wellness while maintaining a high level of residentfamilystaff satisfaction in a fiscally responsible manner. * Maintain current knowledge of Health and Wellness topics including Alzheimer'sdementia. * Provide education, training, and hands on support to community staff. * Ensure community compliance with all state regulatory requirements through various audit measures and onsite visitscompliance reviews; responsible for keeping current on all applicable state regulations. * Support, drive, and monitor community compliance with various electronic clinical systems providing additional training as indicated. * Coordinate all tasks related to health and wellnessregulatory compliance throughout the pre-open and licensure process and on-going. * Promote positive team collaboration between health and wellness, sales and operations in supporting community occupancy growth. * Travel up to 80% of the time. * Provide input into setting a budget and stays within a budget Qualifications Multisite Registered Nurse (RN) with skilled nursing facility (SNF) and Point Click Care experience (PCC) required Level of Formal Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Area of Study: Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred Years of Experience: Mid -level 3-5 years Type of Experience: Three to five years of experience working within a seniors housing or long-term care environment, preferably with multi-site management responsibility.
