BCI is a great place to work with many long-term employees and stable employment opportunities with the potential for advancement.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities Excel in AV system design using CAD, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with project specifications.You will work closely with project teams, providing expertise in AV design and coordination.Creating comprehensive AV system designs, ensuring they meet project scope and design intent.Collaborate with project teams to integrate AV systems effectively within projects.Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team, actively participating in project meetings and providing design updates.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, seeking appropriate solutions and assistance when necessary.·Coordinate AV network configurations and integrate them seamlessly with the client's network.Contribute to the development and optimization of AV system designs, sharing valuable insights and lessons learned with the engineering anize and label configuration and design files for efficient service team use.Continuously expand your technical knowledge and certifications in the fieldPrepare advanced system wiring configurations and project submittal drawings.Maintain project drawing files, drawing library and associated records documentation per company policies and procedures.Check accuracy of submittal drawings for device counts, addressing and wiring. Verify that submittal books match submittal drawings.Perform other system configurations calculations in accordance with project specifications and other project documentation.Perform other related duties as necessary.RequirementsHigh School Trade School graduate or Associates Degree in electronics or equivalent experience.Prefer InfoComm CTS certification.CAD drafting with the latest AutoCAD version.Knowledgeable with MS office products, engineered fire alarm systems and or other low voltage building systems and construction submittal drawings.Proficient in reading and understanding Architectural Electrical layouts and diagrams.Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed.
