We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Product Line Manager Process Engineer. Position Overview: As a Product Line Manager Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing product lines and customer specifications within our manufacturing plant. In addition to optimizing production processes and ensuring product quality, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and fostering strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare pricing quotations based on the customer's specifications and the Company's pricing strategies. 2. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, formulation techs, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of production plans and adherence to project timelines. 4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality control protocols. 5. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting assistance, and product recommendations. 6. Assist the Company to gather customer feedback, identify market trends, and develop strategies to meet customer needs and drive sales growth. 7. Lead customer visits and facility tours, showcasing our manufacturing capabilities and highlighting the value proposition of our products. 8. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, communicating product features, benefits, and performance specifications effectively. 9. Participate in product development meetings to provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback and market research. 10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field preferred 2. Previous experience in product management, process engineering, or manufacturing operations, preferably in a customer-facing role, is a plus. 3. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. 5. Proven aptitude for managing competing priorities and delivering results on time and within budget. 6. Knowledge of quality management systems, Lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. 7. Ability to learn and implement our computer-aided design (CAD) software and manufacturing software systems. 8. Willingness to travel for customer visits, industry conferences, and trade shows.
