Technology Specialist (Field Service Engineer)3 days on-site in Parsippany, NJ (Wednesday & Fridays remote)Travel: Domestic & International 40%$70-85k SalaryOur client is transforming hematology and the process of cell morphology analysis. They have 80 employees with offices in Israel and the US.We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Field Engineer to join our Field team in New Jersey. The Technology team is responsible for delighting customers in need of support.Responsibilities:Handle customer technical support cases through phone, email, and chat submissions.Provide systems support for clients of all business units, including, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting.Become a subject matter expert on all existing and future products.Contribute to department's knowledge base and How-To documentations.Perform field installations and repairs globallyTest software updates and conduct regression testingWork hands on in the lab calibrating systems and preparing for shipping to customersWork in a team-based environment with the ability to function with independent discretionWillingness to be on call and attend to technical issues outside of normal business hoursMost of the travel is within U.S. and Western Europe and lasts about 3-4 days on average.
