If you have experience in working with overseas vendors, streamlining production processes for on-time delivery, pride yourself in integrating OMS systems, and have strong organizational skills to boot, this position is for you.Essential Functions:Maintain a detailed record and schedule of all goods in production, in transit, and landedEnsure purchase orders are accurate and include all necessary information, such as quantity, unit price, and delivery dateChampion of communication between all team members. Provide transparency on timeline conflicts, risks, changes, and action items day-to-day. Build key processes & tools that work cross-functionally and deliver status updates on apparelWork with factories to maintain quality standards and timely production schedulesRaise any pre and production-related issues to ensure prompt resolutionManage the order placement process, ensure target place dates align with business strategies, and that best possible deliveries are regularly met.Work with global suppliers on all trims purchasing and projections and ensure all trims are available on time.Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in production and shippingMust understand and have experience with EDIAdvanced skills in Microsoft ExcelGoogle Sheets: need to be very comfortable with vlookup, sumifs, and massive data manipulation to take multiple Excel data files and rework them to make a digestible formatThe Ideal Candidate HasIs:Meticulous attention to detailHype organized and detail-orientedSelf-starter attitude and a leader in its fieldAnalytical mindsetExceptional work ethic and motivation to meet strict deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communicatorOutstanding organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and diligent task follow-throughAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHighly collaborative, responsive team playerProficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management and data analysisDiversity & Inclusion:At AZALEA WANG we believe that treating everyone in a first-class manner is essential to fostering an inclusive environment that reflects our values and our community.
