Manage te full project lifecycle on initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platformRequirements3+ years of Project Management experience (Healthcare industry preferred, and PMP or PMI preferred)5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud experience (Salesforce Admin Certification required)Understanding of Apex, LWC, Aura ComponentsDeep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and limits. Expertise in data modeling, management, and securityAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience leading technical teams and collaborating with project managers, and developersKnowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using middleware tools and APIs (preferably Mulesoft)Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, relevant best practices and experience managing complex Salesforce environments including 3rd party appsAnalytical with a strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practicesResourceful and motivated self-starter who can work relatively independently
