Title: URBN Enterprise QA EngineerReports To: Engineering ManagerOverview: Urban Outfitters Inc. is looking for an Enterprise QA Engineer who will be a part of the URBN Engineering team, ensuring quality e-commerce experiences for our customers on the Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Terrain and Free People websites. This QA Engineer will lead, review, and participate in feature testing activities relating to the development of the next generation of the retail technology, e-commerce sites and mobile applications.Responsibilities: Produce effective and detailed software test plans and test casesLead testing effort as well as support improvements in performance, scalability, and user experienceCollaborate with QA and cross functional team members on all project related testingCollaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and other QA Engineers to deliver high quality products while meeting deadlinesProvide feedback on the various testing results and assist in shaping release efforts that support various business initiativesQualifications:1-2+ years of experience working in a tech-focused QA environmentMeticulous attention to detail and a willingness to learnCuriosity and enthusiasm for investigatingWorking knowledge of retail and online commerceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesJob Skills:Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from senior management to associate levelBonus: Understanding of databases and basic SQL commandsBonus: Understanding of triage best practices and debugging Education: Bachelor's Degree in Technology or experience in a related field Location: Philadelphia, PATravel: Minimal Urban Outfitters, Inc. celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
