Within our portfolio, we proudly count numerous blue-chip companies including many US-based ones.To ensure further growth of our client base we are looking for an Independent Business Development Consultant (success fee model) who will help us sell Sii services to financial clients in the US in the nearshoring model.The job is part-time.Your role will include:Hunting for new business opportunities and generating leadsObtaining business leads and opportunities for SII Poland within the US financial sector (banks, insurers, investment firms, fintech) by performing hunting activities that result in an f2f or online meeting between prospective customers and SIIYou will build a prospection list together with the Sii Banking Head Of Industry to set directionYou will be equipped with extensive onboarding regarding SII services and references in the banking industry, as well as relevant marketing materials to use in your activitiesWhat we require:At least 5 years of experience in: IT sales or consulting sector or as an IT director working for end clients A good understanding of the IT domain, including products, processes, software, profiles, and technologiesAn extensive network of contacts and good relations with decision-makers in the US financial services market, with emphasis on banksUnderstanding of the procurement process in large financial institutionsProfessional approach to work, a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and disciplineNatural determination, ambition, and fighting spiritInterpersonal & communication skills, ability to build relation and trust with a clientWe offer:Compensation for every new business meeting scheduled and performed with your help Success feecommission only - % of sales revenue gained with your helpOnboarding meetings regarding Sii services and referencesRelevant marketing materials to use in your activities
