Project Planning and Management:Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for SUE projects.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.Ensure projects are executed within scope, on time, and within budget.2. Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships.Understand client needs and expectations and work to exceed them.Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with clients.3. Technical Oversight:Utilize your expertise in Subsurface Utility Engineering to guide field crews and techniciansin data collection and utility mapping.Review and interpret utility records, survey data, and geospatial information.Ensure the accuracy and quality of SUE deliverables.4. Team Collaboration:Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, SUE field crews, and other team members to executeprojects effectively.Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative workenvironment.5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:Implement quality control processes to verify the accuracy and completeness of SUE data.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for SUE projects.6. Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure that safety protocols are followed during fieldwork.7.
