Job Description: As an IT Staffing Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities to Identify new clients (tier-1 vendors or Implementing partner or direct clients) & also need to have a good network of tier-1 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions. The ideal candidate should have previous success role in IT Staffing Services with enterprise clients in North America. You will be supported by an elite recruitingbench team who will quickly source, screen and coordinate the talent you need to fill your client's roles. In addition, Techwave has a robust bench of full-time IT Consultants, and vast resources to assist with technical screenings. The role will be based out of San Francisco, CA or Virginia. Responsibilities:Sourcing new clients (Fortune 1000 to mid-sized corporations), via prospecting, cold calling and conducting sales meetings virtually or at client sites.Generating new business and cultivating existing IT partnerships for both contract and permanent opportunitiesQualifying opportunities through research, discovery meetings, networking as well as traditional and unconventional avenuesWorking with internal recruiting and technical screening teams to identify the appropriate talent.Managing relationships with clientsNetworking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees Requirement:Self-motivated with the ability to perform with minimal supervision.Experience in selling IT Staffing Services in the USUnderstanding of common enterprise level technology platformsAbility to interact with client representatives in a consultative manner.Experience cold calling for new business.Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to succeed.
