If so, our client is hiring a Mobility Procurement Analyst!What You'll Do:Manage all aspects of wireless line management, such as new user setups, terminations, reassignments, number changes, number porting, and feature management.Assist with the administration of the Mobile Archiving system (new user setups, number changes, reporting).Validate international travel requests.Manage the wireless device and lineservice inventory; order devices, service lines, and accessories.Respond to end user requests related to mobile device pricing, plans, features, order status, etc.Provide reporting (dailyweeklymonthly) of wireless usage, device inventories, expenses, and similar data.Validate monthly invoices; assist Accounts Payable with invoice coding. Act as a liaison between wireless carriers and internal IT teams.Provide basic technical support to help with the resolution of wireless deviceservice tickets.Participate in one-off projects, tests and other tasks related to Mobile device program. What You Bring:Minimum of 5 years of Mobile Procurement experience with domestic carriers (Telecommunication, AT&T).Financial services industry experience is highly desired.Familiarity with European carriers is desired.Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team fort level and demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Professionalism to work with confidential and highly sensitive information.Outstanding attention to detail.An analytical mindset and orientation.Client focused, service oriented, and responsive to client needs.Successful experience working with senior business leaders.Strong organization and time management skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Able to take initiative and critically analyze processes and work flow and advocate for improvement.
