Benefits begin the month following the hire date.Summary:The role will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business functions to ensure IT services and delivery enhance and reduce the complexity of business processes cost-effectively. The Senior Business Process Manager will facilitate the prioritization, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical application portfolio projects across the enterprise. The position will require working with business stakeholdersusers to define the portfolio objectives and maintain quality service relationships throughout their lives.This role will establish project management competencies and ensure on-time and on budget delivery. This role includes coordinating the efforts of IT staff and third-party consultants. The Senior Business Process Manager will also recommend and drive process improvement opportunities for mission-critical business systems leveraging enterprise solutions.Essential Functions:Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholdersusers - Identifies and establishes relationships with key people appropriate for the circumstance, including executives, managers, and technology users.Ensures Global IT activities meet the needs of the business stakeholdersusers -communicates business needs to Signode IT, helps set priorities, coordinates efforts within Signode ITUnderstands the platform's application landscape and ensures that a clear support strategy is in place.Understands current and future business needs - Learns and stays current on significant projects, strategies, and initiatives in business functions and divisions.Aligns Corporate IT activities to help business stakeholdersusers achieve their objectives.Technology consultant - Understands technology, infrastructure, and applications enough to act as a consultant to business functions and divisions to advise and recommend business strategy, IT strategy, investments, and projects. Brings additional Signode IT resources to help when deeper areas of expertise are needed.Acquisitions and Divestitures - Coordinates acquisition and divestiture activity within Signode ITPosition Qualifications: Education:A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, business analysis, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be accepted.Experience Abilities:Deep knowledge of one or more of the following business functions, including typical automation requirements and interactions across other business value streams, processes, and functional areas:o Financeo Human Resourceso Legalo Product Management Engineeringo Manufacturingo Logistics (incl. Warehouse Management)o Procuremento SalesService Managemento Marketingo Health and Safety8 -10+ years' experience working with large-scale enterprise business applications. (E.g., ERP, CAD, HRIS, CRM, PDM, PLM or MDM systems)Previous experience managing or supporting an application consolidation or migration.Demonstrated experience analyzing and assessing business processes, prioritizing, and developing IT solutions for complex business situations.Ability to build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the project's success.Results-oriented, highly motivated, and able to complete assignments promptly and accurately.Strong demonstrated decision-making skills and leadership.Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.Global industrialmanufacturing company background preferred.Experience managing people and directing puter skills:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERPs: AX, NAV, and F&SCM preferred.
