Our client, the world leader in software for radiation therapy, is seeking a highly talented IT Solutions Engineer. This is a full-time, primarily remote position (~80%), with the office located in Midtown Manhattan. You must be local to NYC and available to come onsite when needed.You will have the ability to wear multiple hats and be part of an infrastructure team to design and implement technologies for various platform solutions: on-prem, cloud, hybrid cloud.You will be leveraging existing infrastructure in order to implement software projects. Additionally, this will require careful coordination and planning with clients in order to make an impact on patient end populations.Technical skills to be successful include areas such as AD sites and services, GPO, DNSDHCP, VMware, O365, Cloud, SQL, VMDKVMX, Citrix farms, and more.Overview:The firm's solutions support thousands of clients STALLATION SUPPORTPerform installation and service of the firm's products in the assigned areasCollaborate with installation process managers, physics team and installation team, to support the firm's product deliveryCommunicate and assist C-suite in strategizing, implementing and enforcing IT security policies and proceduresWork closely with department heads to identify and streamline workflow.Produce and upload appropriate and required documentation to the CRMCUSTOMER SUPPORTProvide level 1 and level 2 supportMaintain accurate inventory of hardware assets, asset management for multiple agenciesCommunicate with vendor to authorize repairsupdates for hardwaresoftware issuesIndependently perform routine troubleshooting and repairReporting of customers' complaints for IT issueNetwork patch managementAV conference room support; record focus group sessions using AV systemsCase ownership for customer 1st line supportContribute to the firm's presence in the customers' community portalProvide on-site guidance and assistance to IT Specialists maximizing efficiency and usage of the firm's products delivery platformsTRAINING SUPPORTParticipation in training sessions for IT perspectivesDesign and develop analytical graphical reports using Power BI and its components such as (chart, Drilldown, DrillThrough, KPIs...), dynamic and analytical dashboardsCoach telecommuting employees on best methods to handle network problems at locationsINTERNAL SUPPORTDesign, manage and maintain enterprise network equipmentWork closely with department heads to identify and streamline workflow.Day to Day support of all IT business related needs of the firm's personnelPOST MARKET SURVEILLANCEWork closely with customers, internal staff and other stakeholders to determine planning, implementation and integration of system oriented projectsParticipation in users' meetingsProactively contribute to the company's goal in terms of customer satisfaction
