Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant for a full time position with our direct client. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting the Dynamics 365 Finance modules for Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and other related financial functions. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure that the system meets their needs and supports the financial reporting processes. Responsibilities: Act as functional leader for Dynamics 365 Finance including translating requirements from the business, system configuration, testing, and ongoing support.Configure and maintain core finance modules, such as AP, GL, fixed assets, and cash management.Automate manual processes and workflows using workflows and integrations.Provide ongoing support to end-users on using Dynamics 365 Finance effectively.Experience with Concur integration is a strong asset. Specific Finance Functions within Dynamics: Accounts Payable (AP): Manage the entire supplier invoice lifecycle, from order creation to payment processing.General Ledger (GL): Configure and maintain the chart of accounts, manage journal entries, and reconcile bank statements.Fixed Assets: Manage the acquisition, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets.Cash Management: Manage bank accounts, set up cash flow forecasts, and automate payment processes.Budgeting and Forecasting: Create and maintain budgets and forecasts, and track actuals against the plan.Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a Dynamics 365 Finance functional consultant or a similar role.Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including AP, GL, and Fixed Assets.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with Concur integration is a strong asset.
