Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:The Data Discovery (BigID) engineer will work as part of the Cyber Risk Governance team to roll out BigID across AA. This individual will work to deploy the BigID remote scanners in Azure Kubernetes (AKS) and on-prem Kubernetes environments. Engineer will extensively work with Data Discovery analysts, Data Governance and Data Privacy Office and other enterprise platform teams to onboard and scan enterprise structured and unstructured data sources and assess data classification and data risk exposure.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CISMIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experiencetraining.3 years of experience as a systems or infrastructure engineer.Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB administration skills.3 years of experience with BigID platform administration including scanner deployments and building scan profiles.Our client is a leading Airlines Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
