Arnaud, trained as a professional audio-visual engineer, sought to merge his skillsets to achieve this vision. After years of working within NYC hospital systems while honing his technological expertise, Rapid Response Technologies now focuses exclusively on supporting mission-critical environments. Our processes are streamlined, and our service and support model is uniquely designed on a partner basis.Key Responsibilities:Proficiently handle Low Voltage Cables (Cat 5, 5e, 6, 6a, 7, 7a, Speaker Wire, HDMI, etc.), including pulling and termination.Perform precise Field Terminations (RJ45, DB9, XLR, 3.5 mini, etc.).Install a diverse range of equipment and components, such as displays, mounts, racks, projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, and wall panels.Diagnose and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment and systems effectively.Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their specific audio-visual requirements and preferences.Test and seamlessly integrate audio-visual systems into existing infrastructure, with a preference for expertise in Crestron and Extron technology.Configure and fine-tune audio-visual systems to achieve optimal performance.Work collaboratively with field engineers on technology-centric tasks.Skills and Qualifications:Preferred familiarity with Crestron and Extron technology.Strong and adept troubleshooting skills in the audio-visual domain.Possession of OSHA 30 and SST certifications.Why Join Us:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for career growth and development.Supportive and respectful work environment.Chance to make a meaningful impact on critical infrastructure and community well-being.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer:Rapid Response Technologies is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
