Your responsibilities in this role. 1. Training - performing essential training items at LRT, not limited to Safety2. Training Tracking utilizing LMS, Origami, etc. Programs3. Project SSQP Inspections (Daily and Weekly)4. Project Safety Support5. Injury Management6. Incident Review Process & Incident Management7. Safety Tracking & Administrative Management8. Assist with DOT Compliance tracking, training, and enforcement9. Assist with Workforce Development trainingWhat you need to qualify: Ability to speaktrain groups of people (bilingual desired but not required) ability to be assertive, spirit of service in order to lead LRT people to SSQP behavior, basic Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Bluebeam. Two years or more experience in a similar role or applicable precursor roles is ideal. Experience at a construction company is ideal.
